Traditional Use Zone (TUZ) within Marine Protected Area (MPA) of Misool Island, Raja Ampat is allocated for traditional fisheries. It is expected that the fisheries would be benefited from management actions taken in the conservation area. The present study aims to assess the sustainability status of the fisheries by using multidimensional analysis. Results of the analysis showed that both handline fishery targeting groupers and liftnet fishery targeting anchovies fishing in the TUZ were categorized as "less sustainable". Nevertheless, for both fisheries, the ecology dimension and technology dimension were in the category of “acceptable” (reasonably sustainable). Priority management of attributes which influences the performance of each dimension will enhance the sustainability status of fisheries in the region.
