Newreader: Um aplicativo para auxiliar a tomada de decisão de pessoas com baixa visão

This work focused on the development of the Newreader application, which consists of software that makes use of machine learning techniques for the benefit of people with visual impairments or people with low vision. In this way, Newreader presents itself as a powerful tool to assist the decision making of these people, facilitating access to information by reading aloud texts present in any element around them through the camera of the mobile device. Due to the analysis undertaken, it understood that the Newreader application could contribute to the inclusion of people with low vision, as it makes it possible to read everything around them.
