Facial palsy associated with bichectomy surgery – Case Report

Nowadays, Bichectomy surgery is a recurrent treatment with aesthetic or functional objectives. But, despite being a surgery frequently performed, the surgeons need to have extensive anatomic and surgical knowledge in order to perform it safely. We present the case of a 35-year-old female patient, submitted to a Bichectomy surgery with facial paralysis of the upper lip, lower eyelid and nose wing palsy on the left side of the face.
