This article aims to clarify reflections on the performance of teachers working in the Professional Master in Educational and Social Intervention Program (MPIES)in the State University of Bahia, Department of Education Campus XI, Serrinha-BA. This master's degree is integrated with the Interdisciplinary assessment area of Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES). Indeed, the Interdisciplinary Professional Master's Degree demands that teachers working in this postgraduate strictosensu modality break with disciplinary ties, implement dialogues with researchers and students from different backgrounds, in order to produce new knowledge that goes beyond the institutional walls, the formation, and effectively reverberate in professional qualification.
